    1. Daddy, though I know you briefly but I can tell from the way you acted on the sick bed that you are appreciative and hardworking. God will comfort all the family and keep all you left behind safe.

  3. I often forget that you are ny father-in-law because you never behave like one. Every time we talked, you would always ask about everyone around me, showing genuine care and interest. It’s so unfortunate that you had to leave the stage this early. You never seemed like someone who would go so soon. Daddy P.A. like we fondly called you, words cannot fully express how deeply you will be missed. He comes out like a flower and withers, he flees like a shadow and continues not Job 14:2
    Goodnight, Daddy.

  7. TRIBUTE TO A BELOVED FATHER, MENTOR, AND SERVANT OF GOD

With deep sorrow, yet with hearts full of gratitude to God, we pay tribute to a truly remarkable man who lived a life of purpose, faith, and selfless service. Though he departed this world at the age of 65, his life was rich in impact, meaning, and love—an impact that will continue to echo through generations.

He was more than a family friend; he was family in every sense of the word. From our childhood years through adulthood and even to his last moments, he remained a constant pillar of support, guidance, and prayer in our lives. He walked with us through different seasons—times of joy, uncertainty, growth, and challenge—always pointing us back to God and to the values that truly matter.

One of the greatest gifts he gave our family was his unwavering spiritual covering. He made it a habit to come to our home to pray for us and for our parents. Those prayers were not rushed or casual; they were heartfelt, faith-filled, and spoken with deep conviction. He believed strongly in the power of prayer and lived it out daily. Our home was blessed because he carried the presence of God wherever he went.

His role in my life reached a profound moment when he lovingly guided my husband and me through our marriage counseling. With wisdom, patience, and godly insight, he helped lay a strong foundation for our union. He spoke with honesty, compassion, and deep understanding, reminding us that marriage is not just a commitment to one another, but a covenant before God. Today, the strength and peace in our marriage stand as living evidence of his counsel and prayers.

He was a man who genuinely loved God. His faith was not just in words but in action. He lived what he believed. His diligence, integrity, and consistency were evident in everything he did. He was disciplined yet gentle, firm yet kind, principled yet compassionate. He served God quietly but faithfully, never seeking recognition, only seeking to please God and uplift others.

To know him was to encounter wisdom wrapped in humility. To speak with him was to receive guidance seasoned with love. To walk with him was to be inspired to live better, love deeper, and trust God more. He was a mentor to many, a counselor to those in need, a spiritual father to families beyond his own, and a dependable friend to all who crossed his path.

Though his physical presence is no longer with us, his legacy remains alive. His teachings, prayers, values, and sacrifices continue to bear fruit in our lives. The seeds he sowed through faith, counsel, and love will keep growing, reminding us that a life lived for God never truly ends.

We take comfort in knowing that he has gone to rest in the bosom of the Lord he loved so dearly. Heaven has gained a faithful servant, even as we mourn a priceless loss here on earth. We will miss his visits, his prayers, his wise counsel, and his reassuring presence. Yet we rejoice, knowing that his life was well spent.

Thank you for being a blessing to our family. Thank you for walking with us, praying for us, and believing in us. Thank you for loving God and teaching us—by your life—how to do the same.

You may be gone, but your impact lives on.
    Your legacy remains.
    Your prayers still speak.
    Your love endures.

Rest in perfect peace, dear father and mentor.
Your memory will forever be cherished.

    From Charity Ayosola(Nee Falayi)

I grew up knowing Daddy as my parents’ prayer partner, a very close family friend and confidant. I truly can’t count the number of times he was instrumental in our lives and to our family as a whole. He was always there for us.
I remember how you would come around to pray. You were a very good man and an intercessor to the core. Thank you for always checking on my parents and for your constant and consistent prayers

    TRIBUTE TO PASTOR ADE BABALOLA
    (OUR DEPARTED HERO)
Pastor Ade Babalola was truly a Hero of faith and a divine gift to our generation. He showed us the way into prayer indept and a richer spiritual life, leading us into a meaningful and transformative spiritual atmosphere. Through his personal and practical examples, I learned commitment, discipline, and resolute trust in God.

He stood firmly with my group during a time of serious challenge in first Assembly, His advice gave us stability in that difficult season. He also graciously recommended me to a great religious body in Nigeria in 2014, a life changing opportunity that shaped my spiritual journey in anticipation of the future.

You left me at a moment when the most crucial decision of my life, one we carefully discussed and prayed about in 2025 was about to be taken. Yet, even in your absence, your left words of advise, wisdom and encouragement will continue to guide me. The seeds you planted in my life remain alive even when you are know more.

To the family, the words from my heart are not enough to express my feelings, may God comfort your hearts and reward you for sharing such a devoted servant of God with the world. May He strengthen you and fill the space he left behind with His peace that surpasses understanding.

To the entire Gofamint church particularly Irenitemi Assembly, take courage and remain steadfast. The legacy of Pastor Ade Babalola lives on through the lives he touched and the faith he built in us. Let us honour his memory by continuing in prayer, unity, and unwavering devotion to God.

His impact will never be forgotten. May his soul rest in perfect peace.

  35. TRIBUTE TO A GREAT MAN OF GOD

I received the news of your demise while painfully in the service of songs of one classmate who was also dear to me. It was really a combination of sorrow.

We were together labouring in God’s vineyard for decades, yet have never seen you quarrelling with anyone.
Your gentle smiles at every conversation settles every issue.
You served God wholeheartedly without asking for rewards and you were also contented in everything.

Space will not allow me to eulogize your virtues, but let me summerize by saying that you were gentle, respectful, loving, caring, faithful, hardworking, devoted and highly principled.

Why I was not broken by your departure is the assurance that we shall still meet again at the resurrection morning.

Rest on dear friend and fellow Pastor until we meet to part no more.

    Pastor Stephen Olu Fapetu.

  40. Though your demise is still amazing and disheartening, but no one can question God and glory to God for a life well spent in Christ. I entered Gofamint as a small child then, knowing you as my first pastor in Gofamint. Daddy, I learnt a lot from you that many people didn’t know then as a child then. The way you prayed earnestly shaking your head, your undiluted word of God and the rest. It gotten to a time I started praying as you prayed. Shaking my heads as a child then. Your stand for holiness helped me too then, as a child growing up.
Also, I can say it emphatically that up till now, I haven’t seen a pastor that do visit church members and pray with them as you did then . Your humility and accommodation is beyond description. A spiritual father full of love , rest on in the Lord daddy. We are all missing you.

  41. Adelokiki segun Elijah

Since I met with pastor Babalola Samuel’s family (my daddy) from 2015, Daddy was so good to me despite of my lifeless life then without no hope,no helpers in Ondo, daddy and mummy took me in as one of their family without knowing where I came from, they encouraged me and gave me more hope on my ministry, daddy never looked down on me despite he Knew everything about my life, he gave me money, food , prayed for me and my ministry, encouraged me about my ministry. Many of daddy’s prophecy came to pass in my life and my ministry and surely when God started his work in my single life, I got a job at FCMB bank, after some years, I met a lady who happened to be one of daddy’s church member, I told daddy about her, daddy called two of us and interviewed us without any bias, daddy told us that we should go and pray about it before going to courtship, after we were convinced by the holy spirit, daddy guided us through our courtship and we did our wedding where daddy pastored, today our marriage is blessed with Heavenly blessing children, a house and more. I will personally miss you daddy because you always guide me and mentor me in my ministry. You are a general in the work of God, a realistic man who we can never find with lies, a man of action, faith, boldness, eloquence and prayer. I don’t know that your journey will go so fast when I saw you last before they took you to Lagos hospital for treatment. I don’t know that you have finished your assignment on earth.

    Sun re oo Bami,
My daddy as I always call you
